I. Introduction
Students continue building Kindergarten PE confidence by learning that different movement activities can feel fun for different reasons. Some students may enjoy running games, some may prefer ball activities, and others may like balance, jumping, dancing, or cooperative challenges. This unit uses a playful movement leader game as a warm-up and then moves into activity choice stations where students get to try several fun options and think about which ones they like most. The goal is to help students notice their own preferences, participate joyfully, and begin sharing simple reasons for why certain activities feel exciting or enjoyable.
