I. Introduction

Students continue building Kindergarten PE confidence by learning that fitness can feel like play. At this age, students respond well to short, energetic activities that keep them moving, changing directions, and rejoining the action quickly. This unit uses jumping jacks and jogging as a warm-up and then moves into a fun Clean the Yard game where students stay active by collecting and moving objects across a shared space. The goal is to help students participate in sustained physical activity while also showing smiles, enthusiasm, and positive energy during movement games.
