I. Introduction
Students continue building Kindergarten fitness by learning how to keep their bodies moving through short, repeated movement challenges. In these lessons, students practice jogging, jumping, balancing, and traveling through relay-style activities that feel more like games than workouts. This unit uses jogging and stretching as a warm-up and then moves into fun fitness relay races that keep students active with simple, success-friendly movement tasks. The goal is to help students stay engaged in physical activity for a short sustained period of time while feeling confident, successful, and energized.
