I. Introduction
Students continue building Kindergarten PE success by learning that safe movement helps everyone enjoy games and activities. In PE, safety means staying in the correct area, listening for stop and go signals, moving with control, and noticing where other people are. This unit uses walking pathways as a warm-up and then moves into a fun Traffic Game where students follow movement cues like stop, go, slow, and turn. The goal is to help students understand that PE rules and safety expectations are a part of every game and help the class move, play, and learn together.
