I. Introduction
PreK students continue building movement confidence by learning that their bodies can do many actions in one playful adventure. At this age, children benefit from short obstacle-course experiences that feel exciting, active, and success-friendly while also helping them connect several movements together. This unit uses running and stretching as the warm-up and then moves into an adventure obstacle course where children climb over low shapes, crawl through tunnels, jump across spaces, and keep moving through a simple path. The goal is to help children combine multiple skills, stay active during play, and feel successful moving through a complete adventure sequence.
