I. Introduction
PreK students continue building social and movement confidence by learning that some of the most exciting PE activities happen when everyone works together. At this age, children benefit from simple group games that teach them how to share equipment, follow the same cue, wait for others, and help the whole class succeed. This unit uses partner stretching as the warm-up and then moves into cooperative parachute activities where children lift, lower, wave, and move the parachute together in playful ways. The goal is to help children experience teamwork as something joyful, active, and safe while practicing kind group behavior.
