Total Unit Duration: 2 core sessions + 2 optional sessions (1–2 weeks), 20–30 minutes per session

I. Introduction

Students strengthen their object-control skills by using them in playful game settings rather than isolated drills alone. In this unit, students warm up with partner toss and catch, then rotate through a fun mix of Bowling, Bucket Toss, and Goal Kicks. The lessons are designed to help students practice rolling, tossing, catching, and kicking in ways that feel exciting, active, and successful. The goal is to help students enjoy movement, apply skills in simple game forms, and begin explaining which activities they like best and why.

Essential Questions

  • Which game activities do I enjoy the most, and why?
